General Policies: Minimum age to reserve a room is 18. Front desk hours of operation are 24 hours. Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy: Cancel by 1:00 P.M. local hotel time at least 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid a 1 night cancel penalty charge.

Guarantee Policy: A refundable deposit equal to 1 night stay is required at the time of booking and will be charged to your credit card. Accepted forms of payment are cash, credit card, and debit card.

Oversold Policy: Accommodations will be arranged for the guest at a comparable hotel. Guest will be reimbursed for at least one phone call to home or office.

Travel/Visa Requirements: Passport required at check-in for foreign nationals.

We encourage you to book through our Reservations page. Last minute Specials and Packages may not appear through commercial booking sites. If you book through one of our booking partners, you will need to cancel through the site where you booked your trip.

Children under 12 accompanied by an adult, no charge.
Children 13-18 accompanied by an adult, $5 per child.
For each additional adult: $5 per adult, maximum 4 per occupancy.

NO REFUNDS for early departures, no shows, or mandatory evacuations.

SHOULD YOU NEED TO CANCEL, CANCELLATIONS ARE REQUIRED 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE OF ARRIVAL DATE.

CHECK-IN after 3:00 p.m. and CHECK-OUT by 11:00 a.m. Should you be a late arrival, after 6:00 pm, please call to advise, and we will be happy to make other arrangements if necessary.
